Prodotti Drinks promotion: Win a $200 Prodotti Hamper

1. Promoter: The promoter is Prodotti Beverages Limited, trading as Prodotti Drinks, 32-36 Lady Ruby Drive, East Tāmaki, Auckland ("Prodotti Drinks", "we", "us").

2. Promotion Period: The promotion runs from 12:00am on 1 November 2026 to 11:59pm on 30 November 2026 (NZDT). Entries close at the end of the Promotion Period.

3. Eligibility: The promotion is open only to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. By entering, you confirm that you meet these requirements. The winner may be asked to provide proof of age and residency before the prize is awarded, and anyone who cannot provide it will not receive the prize. Employees of Prodotti Beverages Limited and its related companies, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.

4. Entry Method: Everyone subscribed to the Prodotti Drinks newsletter by 11:59pm on 30 November 2026, and still subscribed at the time of the draw, is automatically entered. This includes existing subscribers. To subscribe, visit www.prodottidrinks.co.nz. No purchase is necessary. Each person can enter once, and each email address counts as one entry.

5. Prize: There is one prize: a hamper of Mediterranean food products from Prodotti, valued at $200 (RRP, including GST). The hamper contains no alcohol. Contents may vary depending on availability and delivery location. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash or other products.

6. Draw: The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries on 1 December 2026 at 32-36 Lady Ruby Drive, East Tāmaki, Auckland.

7. Winner Notification: The winner will be contacted by email on 1 December 2026. We may publish the winner's first name and town or city on our website and social media channels.

8. Redraw: If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be redrawn and a new winner contacted.

9. Delivery: The prize will be delivered free of charge to one New Zealand address.

10. Marketing Consent: By entering, you consent to Prodotti Drinks collecting and using your personal information to run this promotion and to send you marketing communications. We will handle your personal information in line with the Privacy Act 2020 and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law. You can access or correct your information, or unsubscribe at any time, by using the unsubscribe link in our emails or contacting drinks@pdi.co.nz. If you unsubscribe before the draw, you will not be entered.

11. Liability: Prodotti Drinks accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury resulting from taking part in the promotion or accepting the prize, except as required by law.

12. General: Prodotti Drinks reserves the right to change or cancel the promotion if circumstances outside its control require it. Our decision on any matter relating to the promotion is final.
